Do you offer Services at St. Hugh's?

 

Yes.  We have two services each month; Morning Prayer on the first Sunday and Holy Communion on the third Sunday of each month.  We also offer Ecumenical Services, i.e. Lent, Advent and at other times throughout the year.

 

St. Hugh's will continue to lead the Ecumenical and Interfaith Services held at the Desert Memorial Gardens.  These services are held on Memorial Day, Patriot Day and Veterans Day.

 

Ascension Day is Thursday May 15, 2015 and we will be holding a service of Evening Prayer at St. Hugh's at 4.30 pm

 

Pentecost is on Sunday May 24, 2015.  We will be holding a service of Holy Communion at 10.00 am.   The celebrant and homilist will be Rev. Deborah Kempson-Thompson.

Listed below are a few Episcopal parishes where you can attend.  They are all quite local and the contact information is provided.  All these churches offer services on Sunday and some on other days of the week.  It is advised that you contact them or checkout their website, if applicable, for their services times as sometimes they vary with the seasons.  The Episcopal Church (TEC) is in full communion with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).  TEC is in dialogue with the Presbyterian Church USA (PCUSA) and the United Methodist Church (UMC) about full communion.  We will be listing their information when agreements are approved.
